The annual Presentation Evening will be held at Carmarthen Quins RFC on Friday, May 23.
The chief guests will be Tim Burton and Martyn Davies, WRU.
Clubs are reminded that nomiantions for Area Reps and Officers for 2008/9 season must be received in writing by the Hon. Secretary no later than May 14.
